The Lakeview group has focused its efforts on preserving Lakeview's oral history, surveying the status of life in the neighborhood, enlivening it and honoring representatives of the area.

Project Scope: Vision, Aim, & Objectives

Why this project is being done:
To commemorate the culture of the Lakeview neighborhood.
Who or what this project would impact:
This project is a bus tourcommemorating Lakeview life—citizens, stories, and sites—through performanceand installation pieces.
Project intends to address:
Short-term goals include commemorative performances in collaboration with members of Lakeview Baptist Church and other houses of worship. Also to develop a youth theatre program.
