Details
The youth of New Orleans must have the opportunity to express themselves. New Orleans is adopting progressive methods of early childhood and secondary education to improve the public schools. Students in grammar and high schools are gaining the ability to become active in their community. As a result Americans are relocating to New Orleans to volunteer, teach, and inspire postive change
Project Scope: Vision, Aim, & Objectives
Why this project is being done:
For the cultural traditions of New Orleans to be preserved America must introduce the next generation of young people to the historical significance of the Crescent City.
Project intends to address:
The NOLA Preservation Society's programs provide inventive, creative, and positive extra curricular activities for young people.
Help or Additional Resources Needed
Materials needed (wish list):
Paints, brushes, drop cloths, sculpting wire, juggling pins, poetry notepads, hand drum(S), and members of the New Orleans artist community that enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of young people!
Help needed from other people:
Leading up to the youth performance on July 4th at the Colton School we will need members of the community to pass out promotional flyers. The event is free but we wish to pay individuals for their time to assist positive growth within the community. The better the attendance, the better the impact of the event, for the students and community members alike.

"A lot of what we do is
"A lot of what we do is around education and teaching people the skills and giving them the knowledge to look after themselves and keep mcitp training themselves as well as possible for as long as possible. Medication plays a big part - but also exercise and a healthy diet are really important."Lisa describes her vcp certification role as "really, really rewarding" and attributes that to both patients and the team she works with. Her unit is now a Centre of Excellence in Parkinson's Disease - one of only two in the country.Lisa says that mcts exams moving to the Royal Derby is welcome - not least because of a more pleasant working environment... more spacious and, as Lisa says gleefully "... it actually has NS0-153 a window!"But Lisa will also maintain a presence at the DRI which she says is really important as they try to maintain the best possible care for all patients with Parkinson's Disease when they are admitted to hospital.
I could use few statistics
I could use few statistics on this. I know it's an important project that's why I think it important to see how many people actually relocate to New Orleans. Is the cultural life of New Orleans about to improve? What's the percentage of people migrating New Orleans? Having these numbers would help us see how big this project really is and thus this would also lead to creating business opportunities.
