death of a famous director

Well, one of the famous personalities in the Hollywood in 80's and 90's recently died. John Hughes was a staple of 80s cinema, and some of his films are among the most iconic of the last 25 years. John Hughes died Thursday, August 6th, of a heart attack, at the tender age of only 59. He was an acclaimed writer and director, and wrote and directed some of the best popular comedic films of the 1980s. Among the films he wrote or directed were the Home Alone series, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, and Weird Science, but he will perhaps be best known for 16 Candles, the Breakfast Club, and Ferris Buehler's Day Off. Certainly, John Hughes was a legend, and many would give payday loans to bring him back.
