Located at the corner of Marais and Marigny streets.
800 square foot studio or gallery space with 14 foot ceilings separated by a giant sliding door from the 900 square foot kitchen, living room and two bedrooms.

To provide both affordable housing and studio/gallery space as a catalyst for neighborhood redevelopment.
